NDIS Service Providers is a FREE solution for participants, family, guardians or nominees. Easily find support and contact them from the palm of your hand. Future releases will allow you to manage your plans and documents, upload receipts and connect with like-minded people, all in one place!
What is the sign up cost for participants?
NDIS Service Providers is FREE for participants, and always will be.
I'm a provider, how do I add my listing?
NDIS Service Providers offers FREE basic listings for all disability service providers nationwide. If your listing isn't already in our directory, simply sign up here.
I'm a provider, how do I claim my listing?
NDIS Service Providers offers FREE listings to all disability service providers nation wide. If your listing is already in our directory and you wish to claim it, there are two options:

  1. If you have access to the email address that is listed on the directory listing, simply use that email address to reset the password here.

  2. If you don't have access to the email address that is listed on the directory listing, contact us via [email protected] or call us on 1300 552 166 and our friendly support team will assist you.
What is the differences between a free, premium and platinum listing?
At NDIS Service Providers, we offer FREE listings to all service providers in Australia. If you wish to upgrade, here's what you get:

  1. Free Listing: a basic listing with one image / logo.
  2. Premium Listing: all features of a free listing, video and 10 images allowed.
  3. Platinum Listing: all features of a premium listing plus have "featured" banner and up to 35 images.

My Listing

I'm having trouble uploading a logo/image to my listing
If you are experiencing issues with uploading your logo or photo to your listing, please email [email protected] with the name of your organisation and your logo / image(s). We will then upload this on your behalf.
How do I edit my listing?
To edit your listing, you need to login with details via the Login Page. From here you can navigate around your dashboard. To edit your listing click on "listings" from the dark blue navigation. Now click on your listing name to edit the details. If you are experiencing issues please call our team on 1300 552 166 or email [email protected].
